Would definitely book here again when in New York City. The venue was very clean & good sized. The hotel was in a central location. It was great to have a mini-kitchen.

If you want to be in the middle of Manhattan, the apartment is perfect. It has many subway lines within a two-minute walk that connect the entire island. Besides, you can walk to many tourist places like Rockefeller, TImes Square, Broadway... It may seem small but for what there is in New York it is perfect. We spent a week shopping in supermarkets and had breakfast and dinner every day. They also leave you coffee, sugar and tea, which they renew every day. That's nice. The replacement of the amenities was a little irregular and at some point we asked for something that was missing but in a short time we had it in the room. Another aspect that I value is that from 8 o'clock you can use the washing machines in the basement for very little price.
As you know, New York is the city that never sleeps and that's why we found out that one Friday they were doing construction work on the apartment door until 4 am, drilling.. yes, drilling the floor.. Despite being on the 7th floor, you could hear it a lot. And in spite of muffling the sound of the big apple, the windows stayed thin to stop that noise.. not that it is the fault of the apartments that there are works but that the windows are thin. Another one but it's also the noise of the air conditioning, quite annoying..

The location is perfect for visiting Manhattan, it is very convenient to have main tourist points that you can reach on foot and different subway stops to go to those further away. The fact that you can check in at any time in the morning made our arrival much easier, and when you check out your luggage is kept for you at no cost.
cleaning of the room should be in the morning; one day when we came back to eat they still hadn't done it, another day they didn't get around to it. There should be a smoke extractor in the kitchen so that all the smell doesn't stay in the room when cooking. As the room was a first and overlooked the inner courtyard, there was a lot of noise from all the air conditioning units in the building, lack of ventilation and natural light.

Location. location was impossible to better, being 1 minute from Broadway and many of the most significant buildings, spaces and monuments in Manhattan, as well as Central Park, so you could walk around without taking any transportation. In any case, it is very well communicated with the rest of New York since it was close to many subway and bus lines. We liked very much that they are not really apartments, an aparthotel, because it includes cleaning of the room and supply of coffee and tea daily for free. You also have the comfort of a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, stove and air conditioning, so you don't have to depend on restaurants or street food stands which is an advantage as food and drink in New York is very expensive, especially when you go with children with food intolerances. staff is very friendly and they all speak Spanish so it makes it easy for you to ask any questions you might have.
building in general needs an upgrade and a facelift as it is quite old-fashioned for a three star building. Door access is by key and very old locks, easily salvaged. We didn't have any problems, truth is that the doors didn't give much of a sense of security.

Location and personnel
not entirely correct answer to a problem. We had booked an apartment with two double beds and a sofa bed (2 adults and 2 teenagers). On our third night it started raining heavily (alert meteoroĺogica) and we spent the whole night with leaks (with cauldrons on the floor) and with fear because of the intensity of the rain and bad condition of the plasterboard. next morning we were offered change to a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed and a 10% discount on that night and two remaining nights. I didn't think the change was appropriate and we had to talk directly with the management to get a free extra bed and improve the discount offered to 15%. In my opinion the right thing to do from the beginning would have been that night free (it was not a rest night) and option of a new room with an extra bed since they did not have another one of the same characteristics as the one we had to leave. In the end we were fine but it was a nuisance and a waste of time with delays in programmed activities.

Great Location. Close to Times Square, Broadway and food, drinks and transport options. Spacious apartment. Kitchen was a good size and functional. It even had a kettle, which is a rare find in the US. Bathroom was spacious, clean and had lots of white fluffy towels. Clean, and basic service daily.
Tired décor. Small, slow lifts, with only one functioning at times. A compendium would have been useful, to know there was a laundry in house.

There is much more to pay than the rates announced by Booked.net. At check out, I was surprised by the unexpected additions, then I tried to argue that they were not included in the announcement of the site, but they didn´t care about it. They just said the website was not updated. It is so unpleasant to be surprised by values higher than you expect to pay!
